lbert Joseph FRANKE ( 1860 - 1924)
Born in Breslau, he spent most of his life in Munich, painting mainly genre scenes in 18th century settings. Franke specialised in these scenes involving important people in opulent surroundings.
Some of his works are in the Simu Museum in Bucharest.
